'SoftwareFX.ChartFX.Wrapper.CommandUIEventArgs' is not accessible in this context because it is 'Private'

I am using the ChartFX Wrapper to upgrade to ChartFX for VS2005. Whilst using the wrapper I get the above compilation error. Similarly I also get the error 'SoftwareFX.ChartFX.Wrapper.GetTipEventArgs' is not accessible in this context because it is 'Private'. 

 Are these two objects not available?

This was fixed in the latest HotFix. As of today, there is no service pack that includes this fix. Contact Software FX Support for details.
