Software FX
Please check the following KB article, it should get you in the right direction: Q7621005. CyberWindSoftWorks
I don't know if it is a bug or behavior, but the e.Stream parameter can be null in a Action.Save event. The sample code should be more like: if (e.Action == PersonalizeAction.Save) { // Save if (e.Stream != null) {
Frank
Thank you for your feedback. I am unable to reproduce a situation where e.Stream is null. Looking at the code I don't see how that can happen either. Do you have a repro case?
CyberWindSoftWorks
No its been a sort of spurious thing and I just got lucky and saw it while working on something else. I just set the null member too a new stream like the load does and the chart seems too work fine. I think the data can get null in cases where the users have been manually saving and loading. Frank
Well. Let me know if you narrow it down. Like I said, looking at the code I see something like: e.Stream = new MemoryStream(); CallEvent(); These a two consecutive lines so I don't know how e.Stream can end up being null.
