icegunner
Hi, I just recently created a new web app using the .Net render method. It works just fine on my development machine, but when I publish it to our test server, the chart comes up with the message: "Invalid License (500800). Please contact SoftwareFX support." We have another web app that contains a chart in the Image format on the same server and it's working just fine. As far as I can tell, that's really the only difference between the two. What could be causing this issue and how do I fix it? Cheers, Gunner
robhelle
I'm writing to ask if you are aware of how to obtain an extension on the ChartFX Trial Version. Thanks, Rob

icegunner
Well, it turns out that my problem was related to the user account that was being used for the application pool that the application was running in. Once I got the user accounts synced, then the error went away. Thanks for the help. Gunner
