User (Legacy)
Hi, We changed the domain of our production servers to one uniform domain (internal domain). Now when I try to go to a chart in production, i get a windows logon popup screen asking to put in credentials. Is the license info somehow linked to the old domain information ? Any suggestions on what I can do ? Any help greatly appreciated ! Regs, Roel.
Software FX
The windows logon pop-up is unrelated to Chart FX Licensing. Check your user's permissions in the ChartFX62 Virtual Folder and sub-folders. This change in behavior seems to be caused by some Windows Permissions change. What happens with other pages that don't have charts ? -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com
