User (Legacy)
We are having some speed issues with charts displayed in our portal with people on low bandwidth connections at our remote office sites. If we served the pages up on a Windows 2003/IIS6 system with compression enabled, would this have any effect on the speed of charts displaying. We are assuming that our speed issue is due to the amount of data being sent over to the chart because the speed is acceptable on fast connections. Would IIS compression compress the data being fed into the chart, through the .chw file/bit streaming?

Software FX
IIS compression will not help. We have plans for adding compression functionality in the new version of Chart FX but it is still not set in stone, I'll add your feedback to our suggestion box. -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com
