Expression to set different color bars for single data series based on Series value

I have a graph by Crew name and volume e.g.

Red

Green

Blue

  5   10  15 20

I would like to set the color of each of the horizontal bars in the same series, based on the value of the Crew name

I went to the color property on Series1 and tried to enter a expression like below, but it dodn't like it, can anyone confirm if this is possible !

=Iif(Fields!Crew.Value = "Red", "Red", Iif(Fields!Crew.Value ="Green", "Blue")
