Multiple colors in a bar on a bar chart

I would like to create a bar chart where the bars change colors at specified grid points.  I do not want a gradient.

 For example, imagine a bar chart with a single bar with a min of zero and a max of 100. The single bar would be green from 0 to 25, red from 26 to 50, blue from 51 to 75, and black from 76 to 100.

Is this possible? If so, how should I go about this.

a single bar will have only one color or a gradient. It seems that what you need is a Stacked Bar chart. Each color section will then be a separate series.
