anjali Posted May 30, 2007 Report Share Posted May 30, 2007 Hi, I am trying to get the latest service pack(6.2.2685) for Chart FX for 6.6 Windows Forms using the 'Update Service Pack Online' link. The update control indicated that the current installed version is 6.2.2411 and the new version to be 6.2.2685. After clicking 'Install Now', it downloads/installs and gives a messagebox indicating that the installation was successfull but after refreshing the page the update control still indicates that the current installed version is 6.2.2411.
