How do you create multi-line titles?

I am creating a docable title at runtime that is sometimes wider than the plot area and in some cases, the entire chart.  The title looks like it is being centered thereby clipping off the front and back of the title text. 

 What I would like to happen is that the title be displayed on two lines.  I have tried placing a line feed character and a cariage return character in the string, but I still can't get it to display on two lines.

How do I do this?

You need to create two or more titles.
