User (Legacy) Posted December 13, 2004 Report Posted December 13, 2004 I'm using Chart.ImgMap to enable tooltips on the data points in my chart. However, I'm seeing an issue where the hotspot for the tooltip is not centered on the data point. Rather, the hotspot seems to have it's upper left corner on the data point and the entire area is then below and to the right of the data point. Is there something I'm missing here or is this a bug? Also, I am using wingdings markers, rather than the built-in chartfx markers, if that makes any difference.
Software FX Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 We have fixed this issue, it was related to using Font characters as Markers. Any build marked 1816 or later should include this fix. You can contact our support dept if you need to download a hotfix before our next service pack is available. -- Regards, JC Software FX Support "Bob Hickman" <bhickman@russellmellon.com> wrote in message news:3zsqm5V4EHA.1580@webserver3.softwarefx.com... > I'm using Chart.ImgMap to enable tooltips on the data points in my chart. > However, I'm seeing an issue where the hotspot for the tooltip is not > centered on the data point. User (Legacy) Posted January 4, 2005 Author Report Posted January 4, 2005 Thanks very much, when would we expect to see the next service pack that includes this?
