User (Legacy)
Hi, I am using the latest pre-.net ChartFX Client/Server package with the latest Financial Extension. I am attempting to migrate the look and feel of our charting and have run into some difficulty with the border styles. I have attempted to set the "Chartfx.AxesStyle" property as well as the "Chartfx.BorderStyle" property and have had odd results with the financial extension. I have even gone so far as to set the "CTE_PLAIN2DAXIS" in the typex and still have odd results. I want to know if it is possible to have a uniform solid border around the interior of the chart (the chart itself, not the entire control) as well as the sub charts created with the financial extension. Finally, I want to know if that color is editable or if it will always be system grey or black. See the attached picture for results. (Notice how the Sub chart borders are grey, the DateAxis borders are black, and the price axis borders apparently inherit the grid color) Thank you for any input you can provide. Software FX
Ok. First. Get rd of the CTE_PLAIN2DAXIS, that's not going to work for you. Do set the Chartfx.AxesStyle property to Flat. The colors of both these lines is fixed to COLOR_BTNSHADOW and can not be changed in this version. -- FP Software FX
