User (Legacy) Posted August 12, 2003 Report Share Posted August 12, 2003 we have a chart that uses markershape -171 ( a little star ) for some of the points. it renders fine on-screen, or when printing. but when printing to a PDF, the marker shows up as a little hand holding a pencil. has anyone seen this? we're using cfx98. Software FX Posted August 13, 2003 Report Share Posted August 13, 2003 This symbol is taken from the Windings font. Can you print directly to a printer ? if so, do you get the right symbol ? My guess is that when exporting to the PDF, the font is being changed to something else, maybe Windings is not supported in PDF ??? What I would recommend is to try to get that symbol manually in you PDF document (outside of the chart) to see what it takes to have it. -- FP Software FX, Inc.
