User (Legacy)
I'm trying to create a chart that is similar to a Gantt chart... but not quite. I want to show a timeline as a *single* horizontal strip consisting of blocks of different colors, where each block is a point. There are dates along the bottom and there are gaps between most of the blocks. Can anyone suggest which gallery chart to use and which chart properties to set. Thanks

Software FX
You can use a Gantt chart, with just one point and multiple series. Set the Cluster property = true to have all bars at the same position in Y and use the IniValue property to indicate the beginning of each segment. -- FP Software FX, Inc.
