User (Legacy)
Hi The tick marks on my Xaxis do not appear directly under the value they represent. They appear to be centered between two points. This works well for XY Plots but for Bar graphs the labels appear in incorrect positions as shown below. How can I set the Xaxis so that the tick marks and labels appear directly below the actual value? kevin
Software FX
This looks like a bug. Can you please export this chart to a binary file (using the Export method) and attach it. -- FP Software FX
User (Legacy)
Here is the binary file I exported. kevin "SoftwareFX Support" <noreply@softwarefx.com> wrote in message news:X0kIH$KoEHA.420@webserver3.softwarefx.com... > This looks like a bug. > > Can you please export this chart to a binary file (using the Export method) > and attach it. > > -- > FP > Software FX > >
Software FX
I think you attached the wrong chart. The chart you attached looks nothing like the one in your first posting. This one has TIME labels instead of dates and I see no problems with them. -- FP Software FX
User (Legacy)
The start time of this chart is 10:00 AM as seen in the data editor and the first xy plot label of the chart. For the bar chart the label changes to 11:00 am and it is directly under the first bar which implies the first bar is the 11:00am bar which is incorrect. I've attached a picture of the same chart in XY mode with the correct labelling and with the bar chart with incorrect labelling. I've also attached the exported binary file. Is this a bug or is there just a setting that I'm missing? kevin "SoftwareFX Support" <noreply@softwarefx.com> wrote in message news:ccF31JYoEHA.416@webserver3.softwarefx.com... > I think you attached the wrong chart. Software FX
Ok I got it ! It turns out this is a bug that we fixed recently and that's why I wasn't obtaining the wrong results. The version containing this fix is still not released as a Service Pack. Please contact support to obtain a "HotFix" that will contain this fix. Attached is an image of what I get with your file. -- FP Software FX
