Please check the following: 1) You didn't tell me what kind of icon they see, if they see a "Red X" is permissions or Download Problem, if they see an icon composed of tree colors with a triangle and a square in it is probably due to a licensing issue. 2) Check that the URL pointed by your CODEBASE is valid. To test this, take the current URL and append /download/CfxIEAx.cab. For example, if you were hitting: http:www.foo.com/myfolder/mypage.htm Type the following in your address bar: http:www.foo.com/download/CfxIEAx.cab 3) Do the same thing with the license (/license/CfxIE.lic) 4) Check if your users can see any activeX at all. -- FP Software FX, Inc.
