Legacy Legend information

I wonder if any-one has any ideas to overcome a small problem I have. I use

the same chart control on a form to represent different displays that a use

can choose. Each time they choose a new one I clear data from the chart and

redraw. However if no information gets redrawn I am still getting the old

legend from the previous chart. I have attached an excel workbook with

before and after images as well as the code I use to clear the chart and

re-initialise. Any thoughts welcome.
