Change cursor on DrillDown Chart

When using the Drilldown feature on charts, the user is directed to a new

page when they double click on a particular series.  Is it possible to

change the cursor from an arrow to hand when the mouse moves over the

series/points - indicating that the user has an option to drill down.  If

so, how can this be done.

Chart FX Internet does not do Hit-Test on Mouse Move, the Hit-Test is made

upon clicking. This is why the cursor does not change. This behavior is by

design.
