User (Legacy) Posted August 14, 2002 Report Share Posted August 14, 2002 Hi, I'm kinda new to ChartFX. My problem is that before I used to get an Error CFX61B0-3. So I changed the permissions on the folder. Now there is no more error message but the chart won't appear. I just get a square with an x in it. What should I do? Software FX Posted August 15, 2002 Report Share Posted August 15, 2002 Check the source of the page. 1) Does it contain an <OBJECT> tag ? 2) Does the object tag points to a CODEBASE that's valid in your server ? 3) Check the CODEBASE URL by copy pasting-it into your address bar 4) Is your browser enabled for ActiveX controls ? 5) Do you have a proxy server between your computer and the WEB server ? -- FP Software FX, Inc.
