The custom bitmaps I have look fine in all versions of windows but Windows XP, where on that system, the gray areas are gray, rather than being substituted with the correct system color. Has anyone else seen this? Also, is there any XP look available for the CFX Toolbar? The rest of my app has this look.. Thanks! Abe Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Software FX Posted March 15, 2002 Report Share Posted March 15, 2002 In Windows XP, because the toolbars can be 256 Colors, you can pass us a 256 Color bitmap. The Transparent color is Magenta (RGB(255,0,255)). So in XP Magenta is going to be replaced by the Windows color, in other OS, Gray will be replaced by the system color. -- FP Software FX, Inc.
