Adding annotation removes multi types

Hi

I am trying to add a picture annotation to a multi type chart, ie bars and

lines

However adding the picture changes all the series into bars.

Before adding the annotation I invoke the method

.clearData CD_EXTENSIONS

to remove any previous additions of the annotation

as it is position dependent

How can I overcome this and maintain the multi series type after adding the

annotation?

We are unable to reproduce this. We run the following code in a chart that

has multiple galleries and they remain the same:

    ChartFX1.ClearData CD_EXTENSIONS

    Set AnnotX = New AnnotationX

    ChartFX1.AddExtension AnnotX
