User (Legacy)
Hello, Using Chart FX Client/Server version 5.0.1.0 with VB6 SP5 on Win 2000. Seemingly at random, when setting axis properties in design mode such as Min or Max, and then clicking OK or APPLY, Chart FX will bring VB6 to a complete halt. I get a "VB6 is shutting down, error log being generated" message. This is the only control in my project which does this. I remember this happening in older versions of Chart FX 98 as well. Any ideas? Gary Kercheck gary.kercheck@aei.com
User (Legacy)
Just a quick followup with more detail. This type of error seems to occur when you set a min/max range on the X axis which exceeds the "number of values" defined in the "Data/Behavior" tab for a basic X/Y plot. I've seen it most often when I set the "Min" field to zero. Hope this helps.
