Software FX Posted September 10, 2001 Report Share Posted September 10, 2001 No. There is no FLAT DLL interface anymore. Well there is but for compatibility purposes only, newest API is only available through COM. If performance is your concern, the DLL is not an IDispatch and it has to be used as a local object which eliminates all the marshalling overhead caused by COM/DCOM.
