Hi,

I made a chartfx.config file as in Article :

Q7121000. Improving loading time when using the Chart FX for .NET Client

Component

But when I test the chart it doesn't load at all. Any idea what could be

going wrong?

It is either not being found or the .config file could not be downloaded.

Check your server's logs.

Notice the note at the end of the article about ISS configuration changes

needed to serve .config files.
