By default, annotation objects are attached to the chart logical coordinate 

system. Use the Attach method if you want to control the pixel position of 

the annotation objects. Notice that when objects are not attached, they will 

be completely independent of the chart scale, so if the chart is re-sized, 

the objects will remain at the same physical position.
