We have been unable to reproduce this problem. In all our computers, the 

correct help file is opened. The help file must be located in the same 

directory where the OCX is registered. 

The name of the Help file is stored in the resources. Please check the 

following: 

1) If you are calling the Language method (to load a diferent language) 

check that the help file name in your resources is correct. 

2) If you are not loading a language, open the resource of Cfx4032.OCX and 

check this string. Is it OK ? if it is not, my best guess is that something 

went wrong when you downloaded the Service Pack. My suggestion would be to 

re-install from the scratch and the apply the service pack.
