User (Legacy)
Hi, I'm getting a blank image box (the one with the little icon with the circle, square, and triangle in it) when I navigate to a page on my website where a chart is supposed to load. I've tried everything listed in this newsgroup and also in the support articles on SoftwareFX's support site, but it's still not working. My webserver in on our local intranet. I read one posting that suggested changing the permissions on the ChartFX6 virtual directory, but change them to what?! Shouldn't those have been configured automatically when ChartFX was installed on the server? I've been fighting with this for days, some help would be much appreciated. -Sean
Software FX
Are you generating an image or a .net chart ? Can you post the HTML source your browser receives ? -- Regards, JC Software FX Support "Sean Hyrich" <shyrich@hydro.mb.ca> wrote in message news:6KZdynxZDHA.3156@WEBSERVER1... > Hi, > > I'm getting a blank image box (the one with the little icon with the circle, > square, and triangle in it) when I navigate to a page on my website where a > chart is supposed to load. User (Legacy)
Make sure that the CHARTfx Temp folder has writable permissions also add the domain to you internet zones, it could be a security issue since its on a different machine. Also right click on the image, get the properties and trace back the image path to your webserver and see if it exists? regards, Jason.
