User (Legacy) Posted August 7, 2003 Report Posted August 7, 2003 Dear all, I've got a problem associated with the axis object again. This time, it's the setScrollView method, from my knowledge, this method lets you set the viewable range of points on the graph (read the jpgs for more information). However, no matter it's the axisx or axisy object, the range you supplied won't reflect correctly on the graph. (A Bug???) Attached: (only about the x-axis, my partner has already posted the problem on the y-axis the other day) PS. since the x-axis is in datetime format, so the range will have to be converting the datetime to numerical format, I've used date.toOADate format (suggested by chartfx) JPG_0HrLater : range "2003-08-05 11:00:00 to 2003-08-05 11:00:00" JPG_2HrLater range "2003-08-05 11:00:00 to 2003-08-05 13:00:00" JPG_4HrLater range "2003-08-05 11:00:00 to 2003-08-05 15:00:00" As you can see the range I've supplied can't be reflected on the graph. Another headache problem or bug.... If anyone has met this problem, please give me a hand! Thanks! From Jason (ODGAM)
Software FX Posted August 13, 2003 Report Posted August 13, 2003 I believe we fixed this problem and we are currently testing the change to make sure it works and it doesn't break something else. The fix will be included in the next SP. The problem is already fixed in an internal HotFix. To gain access to this Hot-Fix please contact our support dept. Ask for build 1320 or later. Note that this Hot may be unstable and should not be deployed. Issues relating the Hot should be addressed directly through our support department. -- FP Software FX, Inc.
