User (Legacy)
Yes I have ChartFX.Net installed. As I said below all graphs besides the .Net activeX work fine. Simply changing the HtmlTag from .net to image will "fix" the problem. Problem is that I don't get the .Net graph. <g> -Scott "SFX Tech Support" <support@softwarefx.com> wrote in message news:sBrW8ohVDHA.2896@WEBSERVER1... > Have you installed ChartFX.Net on this production server? User (Legacy)
may be the dll version doesn't match. We had the same problem before. User (Legacy)
A W, Thanks. I ran the update program and restarted the box. After doing so I no longer get the problem. Again thanks. -Scott "AW" <odgam@asl.com.hk> wrote in message news:EE%230Lk9VDHA.228@WEBSERVER1... > may be the dll version doesn't match. > We had the same problem before. > > "scott" <mu330__@hotmail.nospam> wrote in message > news:3S9pE7pVDHA.1484@WEBSERVER1... > > Yes I have ChartFX.Net installed. > > > > As I said below all graphs besides the .Net activeX work fine. User (Legacy)
A W, Since you have worked with the component I have one further question for you. When I look at the graph from a non-development client box. The component does not download. Are you familiar with what would cause this. I had assumed that like flash it would prompt the user. Software FX
Check the .NET security settings. By default, Windows forms controls are not allowed to run inside IE for the Internet Zone. You need to increase the level of thrust to at least "Low". -- FP Software FX, Inc.
