Exception generated by webform client under windows 2000, but not windows XP.

This exception occurs while connecting from web browsers running under

Windows 2000 w/IE 6.  We have been unable to re-create the issue from

browsers running under Windows XP.   Any insight would be greatly

appreciated.

Hello,

We have just recently been able to reproduce this error.  This error does

not appear to be something specific with Win2000 since we were able to

reproduce the error on a WinXP machine.  We do not yet know the cause of

this error but it is being actively investigated by our development

department.

Here is a new ChartFX.Internet.Client.dll that seems to have fixed the issue

on my own PC. Please test it and let me know.

You will need to place this dll at C:\Program Files\ChartFX for

.Net\ChartFX6\Download.

Dear SFX  tech support,

We have similar problem. When the chart is loaded, sometimes the exception

occurs, sometimes it does not. Sometimes the chart still loads okay and

sometimes it does not.

I haven't tried the dll file attached. I have one question regarding the DLL

file.

The file version is 6.0.1304.28130. We have other dll with version

6.0.1262.xxxxx

We previously have problem 'Missing license tag' caused by mismatch version

of dll.

If I put the ChartFX.Internet.Client.dll  in C:\Program Files\ChartFX for

.Net\ChartFX6\Download.

Will the same 'Missing license tag' occur?

I have put the dll in the download directory but still see the exception. It

doesn't happen very often and I don't know how to reproduce it. It just pop

up from time to time.

Dear SoftwareFX Support,

I have two questions:

1) when will be the next service pack release date? We have 'Incorrect

Labeling when the time format is applied to X Axis"  problem and the

exception problem pending for the serivce pack

2) I  sent email to support@softwarefx.com for a fix of the exception

problem two days ago.  When am I going to get a reply?
