Chart display as JPEG only

Hi,

I'm using the ChartFX Internet 5.5 and it's working perfectly. Today, I just 

downloaded the latest IE7 and realized that the chart is not displayed 

correctly anymore (only display as JPEG file but previously is display as 

client object and the chart features can be accessed).

Kindly help on the above issue.

You server control is not recognizing IE as a browser supporting ActiveX 

controls, since its release is after the release of Chart Fx 5.5.

You need to modify SfxCgiWC.ini to include IE 7. More information here:

Also check the documentation for SfxCgiWC.ini and SfxCgi.ini

SfxCgiWC.ini by adding this

but its still not working

Unfortunately, Chart FX Internet 5.5 has been decommissioned for quite some time. Because of this decommissioning there are no more software updates or support for this product.

Additionally, please notice that Software FX has released many versions of Chart FX after Chart FX Internet 5.5. I strongly recommend you upgrade to the latest version for COM which is called Chart FX for COM 6.2.
