Netscape 6.2 vs.6.1

In our office a co-worker has NS 6.1 and I have 6.2. Charts appear and work

fine on his machine, but they do not even show up on my machine (NS 6.2). I

don't get an error message, just a white square where the chart should be.

The plug-in claims to have installed correctly, but it does not appear to

work. The chart control version is ChartFX Internet 5.5 with the latest

service pack installed. (Just updated it today.)

Any ideas why it would work on 6.1 and not 6.2? I haven't had a chance to

try it on another machine.

Hello,

We have tested ChartFX with Netscape 6.2 and have not found any problems. I

would look for our Plugin (NpCfxIE.dll) and make sure it is in your Plugins

directory for Netscape and register it again.
