Charts appear and work fine on his machine, but they do not even show up on my machine (NS 6.2). I don't get an error message, just a white square where the chart should be. The plug-in claims to have installed correctly, but it does not appear to work. The chart control version is ChartFX Internet 5.5 with the latest service pack installed. (Just updated it today.) I would look for our Plugin (NpCfxIE.dll) and make sure it is in your Plugins directory for Netscape and register it again. Justin Trask Tech.
