User (Legacy)
Greetings, We have Internet Edition 2000 incorporated into our application. The browser downloads the brwoser plugin, version: 4.5.15.2. We use the charts in a frame, with our navigation in the other frames. Our graphs have drill-downs into sub pages, and everything is good. The drill-down pages is loaded into the frame where the chart was contained. Yesterday, I looked at the pages on your site showing the 5.5 version of the chart, and accepted the new version of the browser plugin (version 5.5.3.0). Now when I use our application, any drill-down on a chart on a page in a sub-frame, breakout of of the frame on occupies the entire window. Hence, we loose our navigations bars. Not good. Uninstalling the newer plugin, and reloading the old plugin from our site fixes this problem. This is a potential problem, as an end user may be using our site, and may receive the newer chart control from another source. Thus rendering our site 'broken'. What do we need to do to out site to prevent this 'break-out'? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks very much, Tim Hastings
Software FX
I apologize for our delay getting back to you, as you may have noticed already Outlook will sometimes magically remove messages even though they are still on the server. Please try setting the URLTarget property of the chart to the name of your internal frame. -- Regards JC Software FX Support "Tim Hastings" <sorry@nospam.com> wrote in message news:cK7PGAe8BHA.1264@webserver1.softwarefx.com... > Greetings, > > We have Internet Edition 2000 incorporated into our application.
