You need to compare the version generated by the server component (View - Source) against the version of the plugin in the WWWRoot\Download folder. They should have the same version.

If the version of the file in the Download folder is older you may want to try to copy the plugin from the "\Program Files\CfxIE\Client\Plugin" folder to the download folder. You could also edit the CfxSrv.ini and modify the PLUGINSPAGE entry to match the version of the plugin you are using.

I just recently extended my trial version. Now when I hit my pages in

netscape, they continually prompt me that an updated version of the plugin

is available. Reinstalling the plugin does no good. It just continues to

prompt me a newer version is available. Is there any way in the

configuration files to make it stop promting when a new version is
