Plugin crash

Hi,

I've recently been contacted by customers reporting that they've had

intermittent problems with the ChartFX 5.5 plug-in for Internet Explorer

crashing. Removing the plug-in and reinstalling it seems to work most of the

time, but on certain machines the problem is rather persistent.

I've attached a screenprint of the errormessage.

What can be done to solve this?

We will need a page that reproduces the problem along with the client 

configuration (browser version, OS version) that produces it.

Make sure you are using the latest Service Pack.
