User (Legacy) Posted October 4, 2006 Report Share Posted October 4, 2006 Hi, I've recently been contacted by customers reporting that they've had intermittent problems with the ChartFX 5.5 plug-in for Internet Explorer crashing. Removing the plug-in and reinstalling it seems to work most of the time, but on certain machines the problem is rather persistent. I've attached a screenprint of the errormessage.
