Without anything being installed. Software FX Posted March 18, 2004 Report Share Posted March 18, 2004 You say you get an error when you "execute the upgrade pack". How was this upgrade pack obtained ? Have you tried downloading the SP again from another location (maybe it got cut of or something). Through the download & the install on the ActiveX/Java Client you have on the website. I am wondering if this SP is not compatible with the OS version.
