Hi,

    I need to know if ChartFx Server create logs files, since I have one

problem with the display of someone charts, this charts are displayed good

for a couple days, but after a time this are not displayed any more, and

then I have to restart WWW services and the charts are displayed again.

    I have installed the las service pack.

There is no log file that will help you determine what's going on.

What happens to the charts ? what's display in place of them ? are you

generating chart images or ActiveX components ?

What version of Chart FX (including build number) are you using  ? What OS ?

Make sure you have the latest service pack from our support site.
