GetHTMLTag Unspecified Error

Hello:

Strange issue...ChartFX works fine on a single box setup but when we try to

use it in App Center in a load balanced environment there is an exception

when the GetHTMLTag method is called....it has something to do with the

IUSR_ account and lack of permissions or what ever....it is not that

temporary file error but an Unspecified Error that occurs....site works fine

running as domain admin but who's gonna let their site run as that user?

You need to make sure that the WEB user has WRITE access to Chart FX's

temporary files folder. Also, check out our docs on using Chart FX in a

Web-Farm environment, there might be issues generating temporary files

depending on the "affinity" defined for your servers.
