chart labels not showing?!? IE 5.5 NT

Hi,

We've had a problem come up here viewing charts over our internet reporting

system. It seems that on some computers the text labels of the chart (in the

legend and actual graph)simply do not show up. On the computers that this

seems to happen on the OS is NT with IE 5.5 or 6. I have a test vmware

virtual machine set up with NT and IE 5.5 that duplicates the problem. We're

not sure what could be causing this. We found one article saying that it had

to deal with the IUSR account not having r/w/e permissions on the font

directory, but the server does have those permissions. We're really stuck on

this and some of our clients can't view the graph labels.

Any ideas? I can try anything or give more info if it's necessary.

Are you generating an image or an active chart ? If you are generating an

active chart, is it possible you are using a font on the server that is not

installed in NT. Are you modifying the font properties ?
