User (Legacy) Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 I just installed the Update 1 to Cold Fusion MX the other day and then we started getting errors on our ChartFX 5.5 interface. Its balking at the DOCKED property for a series legend box object. So I downloaded the latest ChartFX service pack and installed that. Now I don't get ANY charts back at all. Everything shows up as No Data Available. If I uninstall ChartFX and install the original chartfx 5.5 copy, I get half my charts but then I get a property error for the FORMAT property. I'm in a never ending circle of hell right now. Does anyone have any ideas? Is it possible to get previous service packs of ChartFx? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Software FX Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 The "No Data Available" message can be caused by using a server version newer than its counterpart client version.
