User (Legacy) Posted October 10, 2002 Report Share Posted October 10, 2002 Hello! I am not very happy at the moment. We have just updated our ChartFX from 5.5.6.0 up to the latest service pack. ChartFX now does not work because of an image generation error. I followed the instructions on your help page. As expected, they made no difference, now ChartFX is not working on either of our machines. I am pretty sure it is nothing wrong with the machines because ChartFX worked with the previous version. Is there an issue with this service pack? It just seems very suspect that it has knocked out both of our development machines.
