Latest service pack of ChartFX has killed all our development machines

Hello!

I am not very happy at the moment. We have just updated our ChartFX from

5.5.6.0 up to the latest service pack. ChartFX now does not work because of

an image generation error. I followed the instructions on your help page.

As expected, they made no difference, now ChartFX is not working on either

of our machines. I am pretty sure it is nothing wrong with the machines

because ChartFX worked with the previous version. Is there an issue with

this service pack? It just seems very suspect that it has knocked out both

of our development machines.

The error message we get is

Error CFX61B1-3000:Image Generation Error

BTW in relation to my previous post we are using Internet Explorer

Please help asap

Have you tried re-registering the image generators ?

Did you install anything else (like Application Center for example) at the

same time or just before the ChartFX service pack ?

Hello!

I did everything it said to do in the help page that the error message

included a link to

No I did not install anything else at the same time
