problem with oversized tempoarary files

We at Bank Leumi Israel have Chart FX 5.5 installed on a windows 2000

advanced server managed by an NLB cluster with app-center installed on it.

The product is used by an intranet application

The charts are created in a temp directory. For some reason unknown to us,

every so often a ctf file is created whose size is between 500MB to 1 GB

instead of the normal 3 - 6 kb.

We have no knowledge of a graph in our application that could cause the

creation of such a large file.

Needless to say after a couple of hours the server runs out of memory and

gets stuck.

Please advise as to the reason for this problem and how we can get around

this problem.

How often does this happen ?

What ChartFX build (version) are you using ?

Have you tried to setup ChartFX in a test server and stress test some of

your pages (one at a time), this could help you find which page generates

the oversized chart and help us fix the problem (or let you know if you are

doing something wrong in your code).
