User (Legacy)
Hi, I am having problems with the Z-Index of the Chartfx Active X Control. In particular the active x appears in front of my web page dhtml menus. I have searched the web for a solution but no one seems to know the answer. I would be very grateful if anyone here has a work-around (other than hiding the active x control) Cheers Russ
Software FX
Hello, The order of the z-index is not up to ChartFX but up to the browser. There is one way to modify this behavior and that is to set the background color of the chart to be transparent. This causes the chart not to be drawn in it's own window. Please note that settings the background to transparent does have some limitations such as scrolling and some users have reported intermit problems. Chart.RGBBk = CHART_TRANSPARENT Chart.RGB2DBk = CHART_TRANSPARENT JT Tech.
