User (Legacy)
Hello! I have found another bug in ChartFX. Attached is a picture of my graph, you will notice that one of the boxes does not look as it should. This behaviour happens every now and again, the symbol that the normal square is replaced with, varies, as does the number of series that the colour box is wrong for. Refreshing the page will cause it either to work, or to show up a different combination of symbols. I hope this can be fixed asap as it does not look very good! Cheers
Software FX
Are you setting the gallery property on a per series fashion ? If so, try setting the global gallery property to bar. How often would you say this bug occurs ? Can you send us sample code that exhibits this bug ? -- Regards JC Software FX Support "Paul Saxton" <paul.saxton@stcenergy.com> wrote in message news:Kwt$VWr5BHA.312@webserver1.softwarefx.com... > Hello! > > I have found another bug in ChartFX. User (Legacy)
Hello! I cant set the global gallery property because I occasionally plot line graphs as the second series, and the bug still occurs then. I would say that the bug appears about 60% of the time when the destination is the activeX control and 95% of the time when the destination is an image. Due to the complex nature of the code that produces this chart and time constraints, I am unable to send you the code that produces the graph. However, this bug has been around for a long time (at least since February) a while back I emailed Gilad a sample of my code, this is a very early version of what we have now and you may well find that this causes the bug to appear, I cannot remember, I have only just had time to report the bug to you as it has now become an issue, because our site is about to go online. Cheers Paul PS, please can you respond to my email offering to help with testing your pre-service pack release (sent from paul.saxton@stcenergy.com) "Software FX Support" <support@softwarefx.com> wrote in message news:Lup#fJu5BHA.2884@webserver1.softwarefx.com... > Are you setting the gallery property on a per series fashion ? > If so, try setting the global gallery property to bar. > > How often would you say this bug occurs ? > Can you send us sample code that exhibits this bug ? > > -- > Regards > > JC > Software FX Support > > "Paul Saxton" <paul.saxton@stcenergy.com> wrote in message > news:Kwt$VWr5BHA.312@webserver1.softwarefx.com... > > Hello! > > > > I have found another bug in ChartFX.
