User (Legacy) Posted November 9, 2001 Report Posted November 9, 2001 We recently installed the latest service pack on our production servers. We have received numerous complaints from our clients after this. Mainly, the chartfx displays as an image in IE 5.5 and IE 6.0. This does not seem to be happening consistently. it happens on NT 4.0 (SP 6.) , Windows 95 (sometimes) , Windows 2000 (sometimes) Sometimes chartfx displays the activex control but the tool bar disappears. I can post images of these problems on a local FTP site, if you can download. Because, they seem to be too big to upload to the newgroup. I have attached the ini files from our production servers.. perhaps there is a problem with the ini files?? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
User (Legacy) Posted November 9, 2001 Author Report Posted November 9, 2001 I just noticed that the time stamp on all my ini files is April 2, 2001. Even though I installed the latest service pack. Can someone send me their ini files so I can compare them with ours. Software FX Posted November 14, 2001 Report Posted November 14, 2001 Are you using ChartFX Internet 3.5 or 5.5 ? Can you reproduce the same problems with a dummy page where you generate a chart without settting any properties or data ? -- Regards, JC Software FX, Inc.
