This file does not need to be registered/unregistered. 

If you need to remove the file you will only need to delete it.

When trying to remove the file Sky32v3c.dll using regsvr32 I get the 

following error message

Sky32v3c.dll was loaded, but the DllUnregisterServer entry point was not 

found. 

DllUnregisterServer may not be exported, or a corrupt version of 

Sky32v3c.dll may be in memory. Consider using PView to detect and remove it.

Any suggestions on how to remove this file? PView does not show it as a 

process that is running on the system.
