User (Legacy) Posted October 17, 2006 Report Posted October 17, 2006 Hi, I am using sections on my graph to highlight a date range (Y Axis values) the user has the option to turn the sections on and off. When the user turns the sections on and then off the series on the graphs are modified. The modifications are that the series no show the markers. But l have turned off the markers. After the user turns the sections off l am clearing the sections and the whole graph and then re-displaying the data.
Software FX Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 Sorry I don´t understand what the question/problem is. Maybe it will help to post some screenshots indicating the relevant areas. -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com "Sean" <sean.brown@exago.net> wrote in message news:Kc6mjul8GHA.340@webserver3.softwarefx.com... > Hi, > > I am using sections on my graph to highlight a date range (Y Axis values) > the user has the option to turn the sections on and off. > > When the user turns the sections on and then off the series on the graphs > are modified. > > The modifications are that the series no show the markers. Software FX Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 This is what I think is happening: The red horizontal line is NOT a custom gridline. It is a Data Series (red) with MarkerShape set to marble (default) and all values = 80. The points are so close together that the markers are joined together to make it appear as a line. Turn on the DataGrid and see if there is an extra series with all values equal to 80. -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com
User (Legacy) Posted October 29, 2006 Author Report Posted October 29, 2006 Francisco, You are right the red line is a series, but the markershape is set to none. Thanks, Sean.
