First of all chill ! This is a public newsgroup and it is a comunity of

developers using Chart FX, my participation is voluntary, if you have an

urgent suopport matter contact Software FX Support directly.

I have answer many other postings from you, however in some postings all you

do is complain but you provide no usefull information that will help us

determine what the problem is and how to solve it.

In the furute I suggest than whenever you post something on this or any

other newsgroup to keep your tone down. It will get you better results.

As for this question. No this is NOT right, <CfxIESettings> and <chartfx>

are both "root" nodes that can be interchanged (for back-compatibility

reasons). The correct way would be:

<chartfx>

<PssOutput>

<HandlerURL>/myAppFolder</HandlerURL>

<Authenticate>false</Authenticate>

</PssOutput>

<!-- to disable the windows Update Effect -->

<AXCompat>True</AXCompat>

</chartfx>

Hmm, your sig gives one the impression you are an employee and official

representative, are you an employee or a volunteer? Reason I asked is I

paid for support, if you are a volunteer I am not going to burden you, I can

get the paid people to help.

To get support you need to contact Software FX support, this newsgroup is

NOT a mean of contacting Software FX Support but a way of getting in touch

with the Chart FX community.

I do work for Software FX but I am a developer not a support representative,

I do this in my own time (and between compiles) as a way of getting in

touch with the user base to get a feel for what people is using, what they

like, what people don't like, bugs, etc. If I feel I can help somebody by

answering a post, I do it, but there are times where I just can't help,

specifically when the posting describes a problem but no means of

reproducing it, in these cases one-on-one support is the best option.

If you paid for support you are entitled to contact Software FX support

directly and I encourage you to do so, in fact this newsgroup can be

accessed

by anybody with or without a paid support subscription.

I invite you to browse through this newsgroup to confirm that in the

majority of cases I do end up helping people, however, like in any

community,

on-line or otherwise, a certain level of politeness is required to

communicate with others.

I believe at the end, the level of support our users get when you put it all

together: documentation, samples, KB, newsgroups and one-on-one support, is

well above the industry standard.

Your opinions on how we can improve your user experience are always welcome.
