I recently added another Virtual Web Server (under IIS4.0) on a different port (81) and have found that the colours of images are different on that port. It still works fine if I let it generate an ActiveX or NS plug-in, but if I specify "image" in the GetHtmlTag the colours are dithered or different to those of the ActiveX. The chosen colours are web-safe so shouldn't be dithered. I have tried uninstalling everything and starting again, but I still get the same result. I have the latest SfxCgi.ini and SFXCgiWC.ini files.
