Software FX
There you go ! That's it ! /ChartFX70/PSS is configured incorrectly in your IIS, it seems that you didn't assign any (.NET) permissions to it. This is the cause of the problem. You need to make sure that this application has the appropriate permission (e.g. like your own application). -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com
User (Legacy)
I stopped the PSS service and everything started working again thanks Francisco and Etariq! Software FX
Well, that's not really a long term solution. Stopping PSS will degrade your performance signinficantly and it may expose your data to unauthorized users (depending on your Authentication schema). Please check the following KB article for more information: Q7621004. Configuring the Chart FX PSS Service URL: http://support.softwarefx.com/ShowArticle.aspx?Type=KB&Product=CfxNet70&Source=http://support.softwarefx.com/kb/762/1/004.htm?_r=1 -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com
User (Legacy)
welcome man and if u fond a better way it would be gr8 coz PSS settings is driving me crazy and thanks Francisco , and if possible to provide a schema for the ChartFx config file would be gr8 and for the class dose not support Automation still no solution it is not a security issue I think it is something in the Client DLL or else "Dharmesh Trivedi" <Dharmesh.Trivedi@sanofi-aventis.com> wrote in message news:15AGMLv5GHA.3844@webserver3.softwarefx.com... >I stopped the PSS service and everything started working again > thanks Francisco and Etariq! > > > "SoftwareFX Support" <noreply@softwarefx.com> wrote in message > news:On6PCq#4GHA.3388@webserver3.softwarefx.com... >> There you go ! Software FX
Like I said before without a repro case there is not much I can do. As for the config file schema, the KB article I referred to in my previous posting explains all the possible entries in it: Q7621004.
