Double-clicking the installation file does not open up the installation program. It seems that the program is loaded into the memory, and the process appears in the processes tab of the windows task manager. However, nothing ever appears on the screen. The ChartFXLiteNet.exe process stays until it is explicitly terminated. I am running a windows 2000 machine with .NET Framework 1.1. If the problem persists please kill the process and delete the contents of the Program Files\Common Files\InstallFX folder.
